Psychotic Sufferance & Sposa In Alto Mare

I did not hold such DIY splits in my hands for a long time! Printing in this release is made on simple printers, all as in the good old days. There's even an apple without any identification signs (I think this is called white label). While looking at the design of Sposa In Alto Mare side, you understand that it must be so, here it is, punk rock! I do not want to offend the fans and Psychotic Sufferance themselves, but I have listened to their side and found absolutely nothing interesting for myself. Despite the fact that the team has a significant history (and they've been playing since 1998) and a cool art on their side of split, the boys gave us pretty average noisegrind with grindcore layout. Guitars almost could not be heard, but we can hear how the drummer tries his best and presents himself with a soul! Perhaps, this is all I can say about Malaysia’s side. Italian punks took the side B. Despite the fact that their material cannot be described as fresh (it was recorded in 2012), but it is pretty much different from what has been expressed by their Malaysian counterparts. These 4 gigolos delivered us some good and energetic songs. You will have 5 minutes of a cheerful grind-punk. And although these songs do not feature a lot of variety, they are perfectly refreshing and are bringing up good memories about a strong mosh and slam under the stage, hehehe) Rating: Psychotic Sufferance: 6/10

Sposa In Alto Mare: 7 / 10
