Evisorax- Isle of Dogs (Epileptic Media)
If you take a close look at the UK, then you will probably see that the people living there is very strange. Even in the famous cartoon Obelix says something like "Those Brits are absolutely out of their minds." And it's not just their food and sports, this madness has penetrated into music as well. Today I will discuss the debut work of crazy guys from Evisorax. The big surprise for me was to get this cassette, since they all were sold long time ago, there were only 40 (!) of them.
This unremarkable, pink coloured cassette, in fact, turns out to be a real Pandora's box! Only 8 songs, but the level of evil and aggression kicks ass! If I say it's grindcore, I'll be wrong, it is very difficult to properly tag this band. Maybe it's something in between mathcore and grindcore. Mad guitar riffs are like sharp knife cutting through your ears, blastbeat-god drummer (not just an ordinary dude, but the one that was kicking shit out of drums in Narcosis and The Ergon Carousel!) and vocalist screaming like someone is killing him. All this shit is mixed in a terrible cacophony which completely blows your brain! It hurts but at the same time delivers so much pleasure. To be honest, I can't imagine where these guys take so much madness from and how they interpret it in sound Unfortunately it is impossible to get this release nowadays, but its digital variation (with different cover) is available somewhere on the Internet, which is very handy.

Krupskaya - Symbiosis Through Decay (Ignore This Records)
This seven-inch was waiting for its moment for a long time. I could not find the right words that would describe this madness, and I must say I feel very sorry for that. "Symbiosis Through Decay" was released quite a while ago, but as for me it will never loose its relevance and its specificity. Krupskaya is the band that is completely insane even if you put it in one row with other wild collectives of Great Britain.
A very strict and dark art. All in dark colors. Looking at this piece of plastic and paper, I could not help thinking that this is a release of some doom band. In their psycho music they use set of extreme trends such as sludge, mathcore, hardcore, grindcore, and, well, metal is also present here. This EP is filled with 10 completely deranged tracks. The sound is very scratchy, I can perfectly hear that everything was recorded digitally, and it is great, as analog recording (not to be confused with an analog media) would kill all the sharpness. Slow atmospheric pieces suddenly go ultra-fast, and vice versa... this like a blender that is making a fresh vegetable fresh, but you periodically stop it and see if it is ready or not :) Crazy and very specific vocals of Alex perfectly fit into the general cacophony of noise. While listening to these infernal sounds, I involuntarily draw sketches of an old tale of Alice in Wonderland in my head. But in a scene with tea party they whould have no tea, but something much stronger and hallucinogenic))

Horsebastard / Noisebazooka (EveryDayHate, Grind Chucks Div.)
Two twin brothers that were separated when they were small kids - that is the best metaphor that would describe these two bands and the level of their insanity. They were born thousands kilometers away from each other, but they grew up very similar, and now they are ready to go wild. The cover of this album only proves the fact that you hold a very big thing in your hands. I had the first impression that the cover image came out of depths of psychiatric isolator, wahaha!
I always had Horsebastard in my list of the most extreme and crazy bands. Perhaps their music is heavily influenced with their location... I did not find the answer for this question yet. But I can assure you that even this small piece of madness (namely 6 tracks) is totally enough to fall enough with (or completely hate) this guys. Their extreme screaming guitars sound is something that only professionally trained man can handle. Two different types of vocals also play their important role in a complete picture of disaster. And the drummer is playing his parts so fast, that it makes me think that his speed can create some kind of gravity field or a black hole that will swallow other musicians, lol
Noizebazooka is something that goes beyond any frames and limits. The work of this duet is known for very punchy, aggressive and violent noisecore. Sometimes their tracks go on hyperspeed, sometimes they crawl as a 80-year old man riding the giant super-slow turtle. Here you can also find some bits of electronic noise that makes this record even more interesting. Curiously enough, you will even hear some guitar solos, lol) Drum tracks are digital, and they knock the shit out of your ears, making the noise canvas full of pain and pleasure.
