Agathocles ‎– Bollocks, Bombs And Butterflies (Grindfather Productions)

This album has ugly art and ugly sound but this one of the best AG materials for 2015 year. This small CD has so much live energy and good swing rhythms! By the way it`s unusual Agathocles all these songs were recorded with mad fuckers from Violent Headache. Oh yes, almost forgot, also this CD releases on pretty rare and special format. The working area is about 3 inch and then goes 2 inch of transparent plastic (it`s second time in my life when I saw something like that). So we have here 17 dirty tracks with punkNroll power. These noises are different from that what AG did before. This material is a little bit faster and has more swing moments. I guess I can call it "cave rock n roll" haha! Pretty primitive structure but so much fun. Buzzing Guitars will constantly drill your brain... "tupa tupa" drums beats are knocking on your skull like a woodpecker... Yelling and screams, everything is so cool. Live energy from this mini-album like a disgusting slime here... they slowly creep under your skin, filling you with strength... Here's a good example of how under a bad design really badass material can hide. So we have seen old wisdom in act "Do not judge something only for the cover".
