Rot - Nowhere

Once it became known that the old Brazilian good fellows from Rot got together again I was really looking forward to their new record. I’ve been waiting and was a bit afraid because I’ve noticed a negative thing that happens when the bands reunite and record the shitiest stuff... But my fears didn’t pan out and Nowhere turned out to be very robust! As for the guys, I can assure that all their works are really cool in their own way (even noisy and ugly live records:)) But first things first. This record was released on 7" vinyl and CD by the Polish record company Selfmadegod(by the way, there is no difference between these two releases, so if you don't like vinyl, you can buy it on CD and wear it out to the max in your car player, hehehe). Hm... the artist added some philosophy to his cover art. The man standing on the edge of a giant pit that seems to have no end, there is definitely something in it...

As for the "music part", here are the next things... You won’t hear any super clear sounds or hyper technical musical skill because this is the real grindcore! Grindcore that sounds simply divine. Primitive and evil riffs, raw and rotten sound and, of course, genuine aggression which flows into your ears like acid. This is the good ol' Rot that everyone loves and missed so much! It might be a 10 minute or longer record but it's enough to fully plunge and enjoy the atmosphere of this evil and crude grindcore!
