Gore (10.09.14)

Hi, guys! Well, our prey is tied up tightly, so let's begin!))

Hey Alexander, i feel glad answering  an entreview to you!!!

This year we finally listen to new songs from Gore! I know that it's going to be split with Ukrainian porn-gore freaks Necrocannibalistic Vomitorium. When it's going to be released and on what label, tell us everything!)

Yes, after a long time i recorded some new sick songs and necrocannibalist vomitorium band contact me for this masterpiece of shit split  7"ep and will be released by his own label and i think out soon.

Remind me, please, when was the last time you did live gig? Do you plan to do it in some local pub in near future?

We played a lot gigs in  past and our last live gig was in 98/99, at the moment I`m only recorded new shits for future split cds but i dont know in near future we played in some live gig.

As far as I know, you started in '89, but with different band's name, and Gore as it is started in '92. There's much time has passed, how was it to start in basically first wave of grindcore?

Yes, the first name was Ejaculator  in 91 I`m invited to line up as bassist and in 92 we changed name to GORE and out the first rehersal/demo "Psychonecropsypathologic". well in 89 we listen basically  grindcore/grindnoise-crust-hc bands and they were really sickest , underground and these bands have been my main influence.

Lots of gory bands are inspired by real stories, serial killers, casualties of war and other stuff, and what is your inspiration for writing songs? What's your rotten muse?)

I love the horror/gore/splatter movies and my inspiration comes from streets/violence/frustrations and death is our muse.

Many of us have our musical idols. Now we're talking about gore theme, so name your 5 favorite goregrind bands, please.

I listen old school death/grind bands such: Carcass (old), Necrony, Repulsion, Exulceration and Autopsy (old).

Gore isn't much prolific in terms of releases, but still, are you actively supporting local underground scene, hanging out on gigs and buying musical releases etc?

Well I support the real brazilian gore/grindcore scene and of course I?m hanging out on gigs ever and when i have some money i buy some stuffs. actually we`re working in new songs and soon out new GORE`s relaeses.

Your first release "Consumed By Slow Decay" was re-released three times! I googled a little and found out first print for $99, hehe) Are you still feeling satisfied with it since almost 20 years when it first came out? What can you tell us about those times, was it hard to release it then?

Yes, this release out by 3 different labels (Loftystorm recs, HalfLife recs and Humanos mortos productions) and I think we make an execellent album and lot of people have said great things about it.  I feel there were a lot missed opportunities in GORE but other members started to want different things and had differents ideas. Actually working with Marcio Cativeiro ( he`s drummer another brazilian bands too) is easy cos we listen to a lot of the same bands.

Wouldn't it be a mistake if I call you a big fan of bbq with beer?)

The Churrasco or grilled meat is very popular in  cuisine of Latin America it  uses a variety of meat (pork, sausage, chicken) i like this mistake grilled beef and beer!!!

Oh, by the way, I would like to know how was FIFA World Cup in Brazil? I know there was a lot of people who took it quite negatively, even protest against it.

The world cup is over, but here in Brazil a lot of people die every days,( victims of desease, murdered, police corruption, drugs trafficking)  people need education, schools, hospitals no football stadium we`re not against the football or against the sport but we hate the corrupt politicians, alienation and this shit sistem. they are parasites fill your pockets and leaves the problems and fuck it!

Who was and who is the most successful musician/band for you? Who really deserved success, in your opinion?

I think all deserved success: Led Zepellin, Yes, the Doors, Rush, Black sabbath, Deep Purpple, The Who, AC/DC.

And what else do you like to listen except extreme music, maybe you like to sing Michael Jackson while taking a shower?

Of course i like to listen Robert Jonhson, Compton?s most wanted, Ella fitzgerald, Nina simone,  the Miles davis quintet.

If you had an opportunity to invite some musician as a guest on your next record session, who would it be?

Yeah, a fantastic dummer Mick Harris, work with Mick would be awesome.

So, we're done here, time to pack what's left of the corpse and throw it in the nearest sewers) Thank you so much, some final words for our readers)
